Designing a simple and convenient mobile banking experience

I worked on redesigning the mobile experience of Bank Sinarmas' mobile banking app, SimobiPlus. Through a user-centered design process, we worked on designing a modern banking solution inline with their digital transformation initiatives.

I was involved with conducting user research, redesigning the information architecture and user flows, and designing the user interface with an updated design system.
